County Fair Ribbons Awarded to South Haven Residents

Our talented South Haven residents earned several ribbons at the Saunders County Fair. Gladyce Nielson received a red ribbon for her foliage arrangement and a “Best of Show” ribbon for her decorated children’s shoe Christmas Ornaments. Agnes Poskochil’s embroidered tea towel earned a red ribbon. Mary Olson crocheted a white doily that was awarded a blue ribbon. Hazel Shanahan’s crocheted baby afghan received a blue ribbon. And Gloria Stoebel earned red ribbons on both of her paintings. It is wonderful to know what is important to our residents and to share their creations with the community.
