Balloon Artist Creats Amazement

Have you ever wondered how balloons can be turned into a variety of shapes? South Haven residents watched closely as balloons were made into giant rings, an octopus, a fish on a fishing pole and others. Residents eagerly showed off the balloon creations they received.
